Masking
Our experience within the Automotive collision repair industry has taught us a lot when come to what makes a good masking product. At CARCOLORS we stock and supply premium masking products from 3M but also have developed our own IntheTrade (ITT) brand for more economical products.
When it comes to masking tape there are several key qualities that we understand make for a good masking tape. It has to have good adhesive strength, but still gives a clean release without leaving adhesive behind. It has to be easily confirmable but provide sharp crisp lines, it has to be durable and not fall off and when used outside exhibit good UV resistance.
It has to be available in a wide range of sizes and of course offer good value for money. We also stock all the other masking products to get the job done, from anti-static masking plastic in a wide variety of sizes to the traditional masking paper from 144mm to 1200mm and everything in between. We have pre-taped masking film in a wide range of sizes using a top quality anti-static plastic with a guaranteed clean release masking tape. We also have a variety of fine line masking tapes, high temperature tape and soft edge masking tapes, plus more.
